International Distribution Division (IDD) of GFM Studio is dedicated to promoting Georgian film productions throughout the world.

The IDD’s role is to increase awareness of Georgian filmmaking abroad and to support the positioning and release of Georgian films on the international marketplace.

Acting both as an information clearing house and as a facilitating agency for export purposes, the IDD maintains ongoing contacts with festival directors, sales agents, buyers and distributors, as well as the press, concerning new Georgian productions. Offering a wide variety of services at the domestic and international level, the IDD consults with producers and creative artists attending international festivals and markets and supports their activities.

The IDD aims to represent Georgian film and TV productions at various festivals and markets. We advise Georgian producers and film professionals on promotional and sales strategies and handle all festival arrangements.
